SOME BITS AND PIECES...

We are having the most beautiful weather this week here in the STL!  All I want to do is take Micah for walks in the park and lounge in our backyard drinking cold beer while Ryan grills for me.  The walks have happened, but the beer and grilling has not...at least not yet ;-)

This is the outfit I wore yesterday.  Wearing yet another pair of cowboy boots!  I've been a fan of the cowboy boot for many years now, but for some reason kind of strayed away from them last spring/summer.  But now I'm having a whole new love affair with them!  I just can't enough.  And I have 22 pairs arriving tomorrow with our new shipment...so, of course, I'm hoping there might be a pair or two in the box that are just my size!  Keep your fingers crossed!

Wearing thrifted sweater, random white tank, vintage boyscout shorts (I love these) and cowboy boots, vintage and Target rings.

Sorry to post yet another pic of the Stink, but I just couldn't help myself.  She was tied to the picnic tables while we were taking pics and wanted off the leash so very badly so she could run...and wouldn't stop telling us about it.  She's such a little talker!

Its a beautiful spring day here in the STL!  Its hard not to be in a great mood when the sun is shining and the temp is nearing 70 degrees!

Off at 4 and heading home to walk the dog and make a scallop (yum!) dinner with the man!

SOME BITS AND PIECES...

My mom and I spent Sunday afternoon enjoying the festivities at the Haake House to honor and remember a lost beloved friend.  She was taken from us much too soon and much too young.  Yesterday friends and family came together to raise money for a scholarship fund in her name.  It was the perfect way to spend the day :-) 

Wearing Hanes white tank, H&M skinny jeans, leopard flats from Target, favorite gold watch, thrifted vintage clutch, vintage blazer, necklace and ring from tag*.

I know I haven't posted in awhile, things have been a bit crazy lately.  All the technology in my life was rebelling against me...but I think all is well again.

Photos were taken in my basement and I couldn't get my little shadow to stop following me (she's such a Mama's girl), so she's posing too....and we match!

Working at the store all day today, then heading home for cocktails and movies with Ryan and Stink.  Spending tomorrow with my mom for her belated birthday celebration...Dear John (we never get to watch chick flicks unless we watch them together) and lunch...can't wait!
