crazy hectic

Sorry I've been so bad about posting outfits lately! Life has been crazy hectic...my man has been working nights which completely changes our entire home life and schedules, we've been super busy here at the shop (yay!), the weather has been 80 degrees one day and then subzero temps and snow storms the next, we just entered wedding season and have lots of friends getting married over the next few weekends, and on top of all that...we just adopted a second dog! You all have seen our little stinker, Micah, because she's snuck into more than a few pics posted here on the blog...well she now has a brother! Jackson, the cutest most awesome boxer pup ever! Needless to say, life's been a little crazy these days. Not that I'm complaining :)

Anway, moving on...

I picked Kev up last Wednesday night for another of our Ugly Betty slumber parties, but made him snap a quick pic of me in the alley behind his house first. I just HAD to show off my new purse! Jenna and I went shopping the night before and I snagged this bad boy from Aldo for my new purse of the season. It is so perfect; the colors, the print, the long strap to go across the body, the shorter braided strap to throw over your shoulder, and the fact that both straps are detachable so I can rock it as an oversized clutch. Swoon! Jenna picked herself up a great new purse from Aldo, as well. Not only did we both purchase fabulous new bags, but we also had entirely too much fun shopping and laughing together! Its just so good to have her back home in the STL!

stripes, ponchos, and bells

I love random and unique vintage pieces, and this scarf poncho is the perfect example of such a piece. I orginally put on my super high waisted green pants in celebration of St. Patty's Day, but then couldn't find anything to pair them with. So, off came the pants and on went the poncho....which does have some green in it so no pinching!
We are enjoying a beautiful day here in St. Louis! It rained and snowed something nasty on Monday, so Mother Nature decided to throw us a bone today with sunny skies and temps climbing into the uppr 70s. I love seeing all of the people out and about enjoying the weather. Sunshine always brings out the best in people, as we've had tons of great customers today! So loving it.

I apologize for the lack of posts latey. The store has been keeping me super busy and I just have not had the time to snap many pictures! Which has been a bummer because there have definitely been some looks I have wanted to share.
